  • Location and Dates

    What are the conference dates/times?

    The conference begins at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, March 1, and concludes at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2. The optional post-conference workshop is from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3.

    Where will the conference take place?

    The conference is located in Orlando, FL at Disney's Boardwalk Inn. All sessions will be located within the hotel.

    Sessions and Networking

    What kind of sessions can I expect?

    The conference agenda is full of educational sessions led by Sant customers and product experts. The majority of sessions will focus on best practices for implementing Sant Suite. Hear from customers and Sant project managers on how to get the most out of Sant Suite. In addition, the conference will feature a hands-on lab to familiarize you with the new interface and functionality in Sant Suite 9.

    Are there opportunities for me to network with other Sant customers?

    Absolutely! The best opportunity for networking is the Monday evening networking reception. The event is open to all Sant customers, partners, and staff. Join us for food, drinks, and fun! In addition, we have left plenty of time in the agenda for networking during breakfast and lunch. We will organize "birds of a feather" tables so you can speak with customers of similar interests.

    Registration

    What is the registration cost for Connect10?

    The registration fee is $895 per attendee. The optional post-conference workshop, instructed by Dr. Tom Sant, is $195 per attendee. Groups of 3 or more from the same company will receive a $100 discount off each registration.

    What is included in my registration fee?

    Your registration fee includes all sessions, meals, handouts, and the Monday evening networking reception.

    How do I register?

    Are group discounts available?

    Yes. If you purchase 3 or more registrations from the same company you will receive a $100 discount off each registration. The discount will be applied automatically during the registration process.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made on or before January 15 will be refunded at 100%. Cancellations made between January 16 and February 1 will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made after February 1 will not be refunded. Substitutions welcome. Substitutions will be accepted via the online registration system and must be made on or before February 22. Cancellations made within a group registration may disqualify other members from receiving the group discount, if the organization does not then meet the group discount requirements.

    • Paid registrants, who do not submit an online cancellation by February 1, fail to send a substitute or do not attend the conference forfeit their entire registration fee.
    • Registrants who must cancel may substitute another person by submitting an online substitution through the registration system prior to February 22.
    • Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations. The Sant Corporation does not accept liability for hotel or travel costs.
    • If you cancel and re-register, your new registration will reflect the current pricing as of the date of your final registration. Earlier registration pricing will not be honored.
    • If you register, have not paid, and do not cancel your registration by February 1, your registration may be automatically cancelled on February 2. If you do not respond to Sant attempts to contact you regarding the status of your payment, your registration will be cancelled. You will receive notification of the cancellation via email.

    What if I want to bring a guest?

    Conference attendees are welcome to register a guest for $150 to attend meals during the conference. Guests must be 18 years or older. Guest badges are required to attend meal functions.

    What forms of payment are accepted?

    You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or company check. You can choose your form of payment during the registration process.

    Travel and Hotel

    What is the conference hotel?

    Disney's Boardwalk Inn, Orlando, FL.

    Are there special hotel rates?

    Yes. Conference attendees have access to a special rate of $225/night. This rate is valid from February 26 - March 5. To reserve a hotel room, call 407-934-3372 and ask for the Sant Connect10 room block (Group Code G0535826).

    How much is parking at the hotel?

    Parking is free at the Boardwalk.

    How should I arrange for ground transportation?

    Connect10 attendees will receive free transportation to/from the Orlando airport on Disney's Magical Express. After you complete your hotel reservation and have booked your flight arrangements, use this link or call 1-407-827-6777 to make a reservation on Disney's Magical Express. Disney recommends you make your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival.

    What if I need to change or cancel my hotel reservation?

    Contact the hotel directly if you need to change or cancel a room reservation.

    What is the weather like in Orlando in March?

    The average high is 79 degrees and low is 56 degrees. It's always best to check the weather before you leave.

    Can I purchase discounted tickets to Walt Disney World theme parks?

    Yes! Connect10 attendees can purchase discounted theme park tickets. Special "after 2pm" or "after 4pm" tickets are available exclusively to conference attendees. Multi-day tickets include a bonus attraction and are available at special advance purchase savings. Use this link for more information on theme park tickets.

    Business casual is appropriate for all conference functions.

    Are the sessions located in the conference hotel?

    Yes. All sessions are located inside Boardwalk's Conference Center.
