Lewis Miller
President
Lewis Miller (Lewie) is a 30-year veteran of the software industry. As President of The Sant Corporation and Kadient, he is responsible for the combined company's overall development and growth. Prior to Kadient and Sant, Lewie was Chief Executive Officer of Synergistics, Inc. from 1996 to 2001 where revenues grew from $800,000 to $8 million. During that time, he developed segment-leading CRM and Knowledge Management software products. Prior to Synergistics, Lewie held the President/CEO position at The Future Now, Inc. where he grew revenues from $3 million to $800 million and actively participated in the company's IPO. He has also held sales and sales management positions with IBM. Lewis's educational background includes an M.B.A. in International Economics and a B.S. in Finance, both received from Bowling Green State University.
David Blume
Vice President, European Operations
As VP European Operations, David is responsible for sales and service delivery to customers in the UK and mainland Europe. David brings 20 years of international sales and operational management experience to Sant / Kadient gained in the enterprise software solutions space, working in the UK, US and Australia. For the past 8 years David has specialized in the field of sales effectiveness in areas such as compensation management and proposal automation. Prior to moving into the software sales arena, David was a technical consultant developing and implementing HR systems.
Larry DiLoreto
Vice President, Global Sales
Larry DiLoreto is responsible for the global sales organization. Larry brings with him over 25 years of experience leading operations in high-growth enterprises, with extensive expertise in sales, marketing and operations across North America, South America, Asia Pacific and Japan. Larry joins Kadient from leading infrastructure software provider Progress Software Corporation (NASDAQ: PRGS), where he was Vice President, the Americas and Asia Pacific Sales and Field Operations. He previously held an ex-pat assignment as Vice President, Asia Pacific and Japan Sales and Field operations where he led the company's expansion into emerging markets. He also held senior roles with Sybase and DEC. Larry holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management.
Jim Driscoll
Chief Financial Officer
Jim brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management to the position of Chief Financial Officer. As a CFO in early stage and high growth companies, he has extensive experience with acquisitions, IPOs, and fund raising activities. In addition to his experience in industry, Jim has 13 years of experience at Ernst & Young where he was a senior manager in their Entrepreneurial Services Group. Jim is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, with an MBA from Babson College. He is a lecturer in various college and graduate-level finance and accounting courses.
William A. Geers
Vice President, Operations
William Geers (Bill) has over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry. He started his career with IBM in 1975. In 1982 he started his own information technology company, which offered a variety of services including custom application development. After selling this company, Bill joined Cincom Systems Inc., one of the world s largest privately held international software companies, and became the General Manager of Trans-Atlantic Sales for the Advanced Technology Group. Most recently, Bill was the Chief Operating Officer of Streamline Health. Throughout Bill’s career he has focused on enhancing operating results through a passionate focus on customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness and efficiency. Bill has a degree in Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
Keith Norrie
Vice President, Product Management
Keith Norrie has overall responsibility for the direction and evolution of the products. Keith works closely with the client base to understand their needs, and creates the product plans employed by the development team in the ongoing development of our software. Prior to his product management role, Keith had responsibility for Sant's operations in the United Kingdom and continental Europe. During this time he was responsible for sales, product delivery, and consultancy services to dozens of UK and European clients, including HSBC Bank plc, BT plc, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and ING Bank NV. Keith's professional career started with Price Waterhouse & Co in London. He has also held senior sales roles within both the engineering and financial services sectors. He holds an honors degree in Engineering with Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
Brian D. Vass
Vice President, Marketing
Brian leads the marketing organization at The Sant Corporation and Kadient. His team is responsible for marketing programs and strategy, communications, sales operations, event management, and corporate identity. Brian joined The Sant Corporation in 1997 and was instrumental in positioning the company as the market leader in proposal and sales document automation software. He is involved in Cincinnati’s volunteer community as a committee chair for the US Open Series professional tennis tournament and is active in the Cincinnati chapter of the American Marketing Association. Brian holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Miami University (Ohio).
